Proposal Specialist – Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE)

Who You’ll Work With You will be based in our Rome or Milan office and you will report directly to the Social, Healthcare, and Public Entities (SHaPE) Europe proposal team lead with oversight from the regional client development leader. You will join our enthusiastic and driven global SHaPE practice team and network of proposal professionals. You will engage with client service teams and client activation function team to co-create proposals and supporting materials, including owning RFP answers and running tailored analysis. You will ensure positive client and client service team experience, using best practice resources. What You’ll Do You will play a key role in proposal/tender management and coordination, driving end-to-end proposal development and management for SHaPE client in Italy clients (80%), and creating and maintaining a library of relevant proposal materials (20%). You will also provide proposal support and RFP intake and set up, sharing RFP and resources with team members. You will work on proposal development, including compiling and owning the RFI, legal, and admin part of the RFP process request working closely across internal stakeholders. You will also support the proposal document and process; help draft bespoke content (e.g. primary research and analysis on sector-specific content); gather and consolidate input and feedback and manage cadence of iterations and reviews with client service teams. You will embed within client service teams to learn about client context and create compelling proposal documents, materials and experiences. You will collate and package off-the-shelf/standard content and tailor it to fit the client context (i.e. qualifications, case studies, CVs); to bring the best of the firm’s broader capabilities and expertise into proposals. You will provide and align content that goes into additional submission material. You will help client service teams to navigate proposal processes and implement best practices. Lastly, you will perform research and quantitative/qualitative analysis (as assigned) to inform key hypothesis and insights and customize proposal for client (e.g., interviews, secondary research, surveys). Qualifications Master’s degree required 5 years of experience in end-to-end public sector proposal development for the public sector in Italy; preference for experience at large professional services firms Extensive experience with complex Italian public sector or healthcare procurement processes and procedures Experience with entire proposal development process, including the demonstrated ability to produce compliant, responsive, and compelling proposals Ability to interact collaboratively with consultants, forging effective relationships across our client service teams Ability to work with subject matter experts and leadership to develop non-technical sections of the proposal content including past performance, staffing, resumes, and executive summary Ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-drive environment Superb organizational, verbal, and written communications skills Power user with deep proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel as well as Adobe Acrobat J-18808-Ljbffr
