Your role in BetStarters:

We are looking for a person to join our team as a PSP Relationship Manager , who will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the payment solutions and risk management process of the PSPs are the most effective and convenient. possible in all activities.

Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end credit report management of an affiliate PSP portfolio;
  • Review applications for new PSPs, assess financial situation, assess creditworthiness and risk, collect data and documentation, analyze risk and approve PSP credit limits within the delegated authority;
  • Maintain a record of all inquiries and conduct due diligence on new and existing PSPs, working closely with the sales team. Coordinate / consolidate all transactional requests for the respective portfolio, including rationale review and credit search / approval;
  • Monitoring of data quality and reporting of any problems identified to the Treasury Manager for problem resolution;
  • Contribute to projects and credit reports. Create and manage relevant risk registers, policies and procedures;
  • Use industry experience and knowledge of best practices to help develop the overall credit risk strategy at the portfolio level;
  • Recommend, implement and maintain a system of policies and procedures that lead to the improvement of processes;
  • Support for closing monthly and year-end accounts;

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in an office environment, in credit or relationship management;
  • Experience in dealing with PSP;
  • Knowledge of the principles of credit and accounting;
  • Numerical ability, good attention to detail, willingness to learn, flexibility;
  • Highly analytical approach: ability to identify / prioritize the initiatives with the highest impact;
  • Spirit of initiative, focused on execution and results;
  • Ability to see problems from the customer's point of view;
  • Team player able to coordinate with stakeholders from across the organization in an international and multicultural environment.
