Public Relations Communications Specialist About The Role We are looking for an internationally experiencedPress andCommunicationManager based in our Capua HQ. This is a unique opportunity for exposure to the international business landscape at the highest level. If you are extremely organized,professional, curious, andproactive, this is the role for you Responsibilities: According to the brand launch schedule, execute the quarterly/yearly plan and CampaignPRandcommunications strategy based on an international guideline and toolkit and deliver the localPRresult. Plan and implementcommunications activities together with the Sales&Marketing team and agency. Engage with media and brief newproducts and concepts efficiently. OrganizeProduct launches andpresentation of newproducts at the tradeshows involving medias and agencies. Develop thePRandcommunications content pipeline aligning with international strategy and local media interest. Responsible for distribution of all press releases and brand communications to media, bloggers, subsidiaries, markets, and retailers. Responsible forpress releases management, interviews set-up and mediacommunication,press review. Maintain the local official website and social media account. Collaborate with the content team to review and refine communication materials. Track media coverage and provide reports and analysis for the Board of Directors and Executive Board. Wikipedia edit and maintenance. Requirements: 2 years’ experience in the aviation or automotive industry with a focus onPR, and experience in journalism is an advantage. Mailchimp, WordPress, Monday and MS Office package. Strongcommunicationand interpersonal skills: a collaborative ethos with a can-do attitude and ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships. Good relationship with national media, both newspaper/TV and tech-media. Deep understanding of marketing approach in social media, Facebook, Instagram and so on. Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media contacts and journalists. Ability to handle multiple PR projects, including product launches, simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines. Solid experience in dealing withPRagencies. Good experience ofPRCrisis Management experience and innovation insight. Strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit, adapt to high-intensity business trip. Excellent English and Italian, other languages are a plus.
