Fratelli wants to recruit a Purchasing Digital Project Manager , based in Parma (Italy). The individual will report to the PSC Senior Manager. Within the Centre of Expertise for Purchasing, the Purchasing Digital Project Manager has the responsibility to follow up all the Digital Projects held in the Purchasing Unit. Specifically, the PM has a key role to coordinate the different functions during projects’ development, ensuring on time achievements and KPIs aligned to project definitions. The PM has also the responsibility to follow up Tool’s efficacy within the Purchasing Units, measuring the usage, making available trainings and manuals and adapt the tools to the feedbacks received from the users. PM sustains the proper change management within the Purchasing organization and suggests SRM Governance changes accordingly with the new way of working. Key Accountabilities Manage and coordinate multiple digital projects to ensure they are completed on time and to the highest standard, acting as PMO for Projects within the Purchasing Units (e.g., organize and plan project tasks, optimize project deliverables …) Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments or 3rd parties and keep the project team engaged Maintain focus to larger horizon business priorities, keeping a direct contact with the digital players for procurement, sharing benchmark coming from the market, fostering the mapping of as-is vs potential implementation of new tools Update Steering Committees of different projects, preparing documentation support (ppt, excel analysis, comparative analysis, cost evidence, etc.) Address properly the request for enhancements to adapt the tool’s usage to the best user experience Maintain available manuals for tools and training for new people, identifying the best usage tools Support new projects definition identifying requirements, schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans Qualifications : IT oriented background with preferable degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or relevant field At least 5 years of work experience, preferably with backgrounds in managing and coordinating digital projects Have a good knowledge of SAP Good level of Italian and English language (both written and spoken) to properly debate with international colleagues Good communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills Collaborative approach and addiction to teamwork, strong ability to work in interfunctional team Experience in project management field (nice to have) Effective in influencing and keeping onboarded the whole team members Barilla is an equal opportunity employer.
