Purchasing Specialist

We’re looking for a Purchasing Specialist Role purpose He/She contributes to manage, in compliancy with the Supplier Agreements and Corporate Procedure, the procurement of products and services related to qualified supplier portfolio. Main tasks responsible in creating PO (from the Purchase Request to the PO creation) and relevant confirmations in compliancy with control and accounting guidelines (material codes, Cost center, Capex-Opex for each departments) and deadlines manage and comply/apply Supplier Qualification Procedure manage and comply/apply the P2P Process including anomalies of the process responsible of the archive of the procurement documents: contracts, NDA, DPA, offers, price list and supplier records, tenders evaluation matrix. Keep in control the expiring date and proactively inform the line manager and put actions for updated the documents Manage the procurement E2E for the tactical sourcing meaning low risk- low value (local-global and foreign) in autonomy in line with Procurement Strategy and Drivers. Managing the supplier selection, negotiation, contracts keeping updated the internal stakeholder for any important information needed. · Prepare Spending Analisys (PO-RDA) and story Board for the line manager Core competencies, knowledge and experience Good knowledge of Excel (MS Office) Good Knowledge of SAP Good knowledge of Power Point Good knowledge of Navision (nice to have) Good Knowledge of AS400 (nice to have) Must have technical / professional qualifications: Degree in Economy, Law or equivalent At least 2 yrs of experience in procurement roles Good knowledge of written and spoken English Soft skills Passion for continuing education and improving quality through interaction with other teams Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a “can do” attitude Good communication among teams Goals orientation and stress resilience Fluent in English We recognize and celebrate the importance of diversity and inclusivity in our workplace so that we are as diverse as the customers and communities we serve.
