Purina PetCare – Junior Revenue Manager Retail Position Snapshot • Nestlé Purina PetCare Italy, Milan headquarter (Assago) • Permanent contract • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Approximately 3-4 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing or Finance roles • Proficiency in Italian and English. Position Summary Reporting to the Retail Grocery Channel Manager, you will Lead the commercial deployment and sustaining of Strategic Revenue Management. You will provide marketing and sales teams with all the insights for the definition of the recommended NPPI Pricing Strategy and support Sales in the implementation ensuring the monitoring on trade margin. You will be the point of reference for Price Corridor and fixed delegated budget. Key responsibilities: • Lead the commercial Strategic Revenue Management agenda during Integrated Commercial Planning process, covering pack, price and mix • Contribute to align brand pricing & promotion strategies across the portfolio, will define and execute optimized Pack Price architecture • Educate, facilitate, coach and apply the Strategic Revenue management processes, practices and tools by Category • Drive Brand renovation to deliver the right pack in right channel at the right price • Define the annual commercial policy for wholesalers across all the sales organizations (Grocery, Specialist, Normal Trade) • Support Sales developing Trade Rationales for annual Cost Price increase • Be the commercial point of reference for the Price Corridor process: support the Finance department on collecting Trade Spend information to define Triple Net • Monitor of Fixed Delegated budget and identify risks & opportunities.
