To reach this goal we need a 360, analytical, and results driven person to lead the quick commerce business in a startup where time is a crucial factor. You will act and operate as a startup within our company, so you must be a builder. Be a part of a team where you will: Be owner of Q-Commerce P&Ls (Groceries, retail & darkstore business units). Build and maintain relationships with the top retail & grocery partners in Italy. Lead the commercial team to onboard new partners on our platform and the account management team to make active partners grow. Lead contract renegotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties. Grow the sustainability of our darkstore network. Represent Glovo Italy in key stakeholder meetings. Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement. Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference. Define the medium and long-term strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets for your city in the established time. Give visibility using analytical reports to the main stakeholders of the project status and follow up on next steps. Improve operational efficiency of our partners and our MFCs by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers. You have: 7 years of experience in fast-paced environments (FMCG, retail, startups, top consulting firms, top internet firms) Experience in owning a full P&L Experience in managing a team of over 20 people Be driven to build a business from scratch, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented Ability to hire, manage and retain a top talent team Experience in understanding retail business, as well as revenue dynamics and drivers.
