Attività Gestione reclami Gestione non conformità e azioni correttive/preventive legate ai reclami Gestione reportistica periodica (mensile e trimestrale) Gestione Process Risk Analysis (pFMEA) in termini di stesura, mantenimento e aggiornamento Partecipazione ai Tier di reparto prodotto finito e sacche vuote e gestione feedback qualità per problematiche emerse dai tier di reparto Monitoraggio azioni definite per risolvere problemi legati ai reclami Esecuzione GEMBA nei reparti produttivi e in tutte le aree di stabilimento per verificare la conformità alle norme applicabili Requisiti Laurea (Ingegneria, Farmacia, Biologia o affini) Ottime capacità relazionali, organizzative e di team building Buona conoscenza dei principali applicativi Office Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata Conoscenza di nozioni base di statistica Reasonable Accommodations Baxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
