Quality Control Specialist

Lionard is looking for a Quality Control Specialist for its Florence office. The candidate will be primarily responsible for the internal quality control process related to the management of the real estate portfolio and advisory activity aimed at Lionard clients, so as to ensure compliance with the company’s service and organizational parameters. Placed within the back and front office unit, the resource, by way of example, will be responsible for: – Approve and manage quality control related to the property portfolio management process, namely: – Check requirements for validation or removal from the portfolio of acquired properties, according to process standards; – Monitor key management KPIs of the property portfolio, linked to a structured performance system. – Approve and manage quality control related to client-facing advisory activities, namely: – Liaise with process stakeholders for clienteling activities; – Carry out auditing activities to verify compliance with service delivery standards. As part of the front and back office unit, the resource will contribute to inbound call and mail management activities. Requirements – Bachelor’s degree, at least three years, in humanities or economics or technical-scientific subjects (e.g., engineering management); – Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 certified or fluent level resulting from recent professional and/or study abroad experience); – At least two years’ experience in structured and highly dynamic corporate and/or consulting environments, preferably audit firms; – Excellent commercial propensity, attention to detail and strong luxury awareness; – Familiarity with major IT tools. – Tenure: employee/subordinate contract with 40k salary depending on seniority; Florence – Milan – Rome – Naples – Venice – Porto Cervo Newsletter Enter your email to subscribe to our newsletter.
