We are looking for a member of the Electronics Quality Lab for our Electrification business in Dalmine. You will review and deploy the quality of electronic parts, fulfilling customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations, driving the development and production to a continuous improvement. This position reports to Quality Manager Your responsibilities Perform technical review of the design solutions of new/existing electronics. Propose possible improvements to increase robustness of the existing technical solutions. Contribute to validate the design of new electronics. Define and/or manage testing plans required for any validation activity. Perform 8D investigation for internal and external return on field installation. Your background Diploma or degree in Electronics field. Experience in power electronics design. Experience in problem solving and nice to have in failure analysis. Manual skills. Knowledge of production process for electronic parts (SMT/THT). Good Knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken. More about us We look forward to receiving your application.
