Assist the local ABB unit in developing the necessary capabilities to control products and systems to meet the internal, customer and industry requirements, in a cost effective and safe working environment. Participate in the development and implementation of standards and test methods to ensure only conform products, software and services are released to the customer. This position reports to Quality Manager Your responsibilities Making sure that the customer’s voice is represented in the local business, and presenting the management team with customer experience feedback. Following up Customer service for warranty/complain cases from first contact with customer to definition of route causes together with other functions, up to figure out and implement resolution action plans. All this using company tools like NCR, CCRP, NPS … Leading quality Circle and participating in FMEA during development of new products. Assisting the Engineering function with product data and evaluations, and validating plans to ensure effective introduction of new products. Performing audits and ensuring the use of analytics to identify risks, failures and non-conformances, and ensuring that appropriate action is taken. Assisting with the analysis and communication of customer perceptions to guide the local improvement actions toward greater customer satisfaction. Executes and assists specific quality related training, promoting passion for Quality, integrity in all the actions, and results orientation. Supports quality control needs and activities for supplier quality, production quality, testing & validation, engineering, as applicable in the local organization. Your background Bachelor degree in engineering or Vocational School Degree in electrical/electronics. Min 3 years experience in a similar filed. Good communication skills in English / Turkish– written & spoken is a must. Good ability in communication and team cooperation. Good planning and follow-up skills. Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and quality. Good computer literacy (MS Office); IT user, basic SAP skills are advantage.
