Quality Specialist Italy LOC is the Haleon affiliate for importation and distribution of products (medicines, non-medicines, cosmetics, Food supplements and medical devices) from manufacturing sites located globally to our Italian customers. As LOC Quality Specialist you will support the LOC quality department in Italy to deliver quality products that are the first choice for consumers. You will undertake responsibilities to support and improve quality processes, projects, and plans with an aim to achieve excellence and be always inspection ready. It is a great opportunity to widen your experience in LOC GxP Regulatory Environment & Quality Systems and deepen the role of quality in a business environment. Key Responsibilities: For the designated Category, secure all operational activities are carried out across the Local Business in compliance with Haleon standards, policies and regulatory requirements for our products. Those activities are related to (but not limited) to: The batch release process for ensuring a proper prioritization and timely manner release for supporting HALEONCH OTIF including the Bollino tracking management. Handling complaints, deviations, CAPAs and Change Control. Managing the accurate version of TTS and QAA. Tracking and coordinating repacking activities. Managing issues and returns from warehouses and MMW. Support the QMS implementation locally for ensuring and in place and in use HALEON QMS. Review of the PQR/PPRs when applicable. Support the Management Monitoring and Internal Business Monitoring program within the LOC as well as internal or external audits. Third Party Oversight including Logistic Service Providers. Develop and maintain the LOC Quality culture. Qualifications & Skills: Degree in a Science or related discipline (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology) 4 years of experience in Operational Quality environment in a pharmaceutical business Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to GMP/GDP Capable of working in multi-disciplinary teams across, Quality, Supply Chain and Regulatory. Analytical mind, good attention to detail and problem-solving skills within a structured process Able to work effectively in English Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge on effective quality documentation systems and good documentation practices (ALCOA principles). Knowledge in application and improvement of Quality Management Systems Good time management skills, with ability to multi-task and work under pressure Works with a spirit of continuous improvement and innovation, creatively open to new ideas and methods Ability to self-motivate and be resilient and focused under pressure Flexible thinking – able to challenge and see views from different perspectives Why Jon Us?
