Recruitment consultant stage

Job Description The resource, in support of the senior consultant of the engineering division, will be responsible for managing projects in the Emilia-Romagna region. Specifically: Support activities related to the recruitment and selection process of middle management engineering profiles Understand/verify the needs of potential and loyal clients through the creation of adequate levels of relationships, following the defined guidelines Writing and publishing advertisements Resume screening and pre-screening over the phone Conducting selection interviews Writing descriptive profiles of the interviewed candidates Activating the best interviewed profiles on companies in the territory Requirements The ideal candidate has: Completed a degree program Experience (even brief) in personnel recruitment and/or sales roles Excellent relational skills Organizational and problem solving skills Team-oriented Goal-oriented Contract: The first contract will be for 6 months with the aim of permanent hire.
