He/She will support the HR Department mainly in the Recruitment activities: Sourcing talents using different tools; Managing job advertisements on job boards and social networks (eg Linkedin); Screening & identifying potential candidates to fill company job vacancies; Scheduling interviews with candidates; Provide feedback; Assist in HR initiatives (onboarding and Project training); Management of other tasks assigned by the Head of HR. The ideal candidate must satisfy the following requirements: Graduate with a master’s degree in HR Management, Psychology or equivalent; At least 1 year of specific experience in recruitment, experience in engineering companies is a plus; Good spoken and written knowledge of the English language; Knowledge of the main IT tools (MS Office); Good ability to work both independently and in team.
