About the International Team The International team works across multiple markets and is based in London, Paris, Turin, Milan, and Dusseldorf. Job Description Your to-do list : Collaboration & Team Management Management and mentoring of several team members in Turin and Milan Create an inspiring culture within the team which promotes positive attitude, pride in the work delivered, job satisfaction and fulfil their potential. Support local Starcom teams in their delivery through governance guidelines, standards, best practices, etc. Strong and close collaboration with the Global Digital leadership based in Paris. Client Leadership: Developing relationships and acting as the digital lead for relevant client-side digital stakeholders to ensure you understand their business needs and objectives Act as the day-to-day senior point of client reference and escalation for Europe. Taking the lead with and managing relevant Stellantis digital partners within PM group, building and reinforcing OneTeam synergetic approach and processes (e.g. Sapient, Performics, Leo Burnett, etc.) Digital Strategy and Best Practice: Ownership and delivery of the European Stellantis digital strategic vision and associated initiatives. Continuously assessing Stellantis’ technology solutions in line with global, European, and local market requirements, aimed to build a consistent regional omnichannel Digital Working in parallel with both the central team and 26 local market teams to deliver digital best practice; driving standards and innovation to achieve the highest level of excellence. Managing Stellantis’ relationship with key digital partners (Google, Facebook etc.) for value, utilisation, always-on innovations, on-going market performance and spend monitoring. Thought Leadership and stakeholder support: Drive thought-leadership across digital channels, both internally across Starcom and across the Stellantis business Improving both internal and external digital knowledge and culture, through organisation of digital education sessions with Stellantis business centres and Starcom global partners Providing strategic support to the regional coordination team in developing digital strategy for centrally bought campaigns (as required). Keep reading Starcom is looking for a Regional Digital Media Lead for Stellantis in its Turin office This position would see you take the overall lead for day-to-day digital operations and vision in Europe for one of our flagship accounts: Stellantis group, one of the largest Automotive players globally; working across iconic brands such as Jeep, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Opel, Vauxhall, Lancia, Abarth, etc. You will drive Stellantis and local Starcom teams to the next level in digital strategy, planning, innovation, operations, and best practice. Qualifications If you have: At least 10 years’ experience in a media agency , working directly with global clients across digital media channels A background in international account management and experience within the Auto vertical is preferred. A proven track record of delivering client growth and operational excellence and innovation A delivery-focused, can-do outlook A strong expertise in digital media , its operations, and associated technologies (e.g. DSPs, MTA, CDP, DMP, Web Analytics, etc.) Strong Digital Strategy and Planning dynamics basics Experience of working with matrix organisations Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and sell strategic digital solutions send us your application This opportunity does not provide relocation support .
