On behalf of our client, we are opening an exclusive search for a Regulatory profile within the field of Biocidal Products. As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will play a crucial role, working within the registration of chemical and biocidal products. You will be responsible for preparing, managing, and updating technical and regulatory documentation in compliance with industry regulations, with a specific focus on BPR, Regulation (EU) 528/2012. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make an impact in the field on product marketability and development pipeline. If you have previously worked within this topic, this will be an opportunity to also enjoy Active Substance work within a well-established manufacturer with international ambitions. If you have mainly worked around EU-REACH but have already had minor exposure to BPR, your profile could also be of interest Responsibilities Prepare and submit product dossiers in accordance with BPR requirements or national transitional schemes. Conduct human and environmental risk assessments following BPR requirements. Develop and implement effective authorization strategies. Offer regulatory insights and consultancy support to internal clients and business counterparts. Stay informed about the current and future regulatory landscape by participating in conferences and staying updated on relevant guidelines. About You Strong academic background with a relevant scientific degree (e.g., biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology). Specialization in a relevant subject or relevant experience/professional qualification (e.g., toxicology or ecotoxicology, chemical risk assessment, etc.) as a completion of university education.
