Our candidate is responsible for:
Management consolidated financial statement process:
- Preparing closing calendar and operative instruction for group legal entities;
- Collecting information from the countries for the preparation of the monthly group management consolidated financial statements
- Interfacing with other company and other functions to gather the information necessary for a better and complete monthly performance report;
- Monitoring and review intercompany process;
- Preparing in HFM the consolidation and the top side adjustments;
- Preparing in HFM the group P&L by legal entity and by BU;
- Preparing in HFM the group balance sheet, cash flow and capex;
- Preparing in HFM the net financial position;
- Collecting and preparing the monthly group KPI;
- Preparing and analysing the actual closing by cost center level;
- Preparing the monthly group performance report to corporate directors;
- Analysing the gap in term of actual-budget and forecast
Budget and forecast process:
- Supporting the budget and forecast process working closely with controlling; HR and treasury Dept;
- Preparing database by cost center in HFM application;
- Collaborating with controlling in the preparation of operative instruction for each legal entity;
- Preparing and review inter company budget process;
- Preparing the consolidatio0n budget and forecast journal entries and top side adjustment;
- Preparing budget and forecast profit and loss and gap analysis;
- Preparing analysis with focus on profit & loss
Structure by destination and by nature:
- Preparing budget and forecast trade working capital, capex and gap analysis;
- Cooperating in budget key data presentation
Request:
- Master degree in economics, business economics or management engineering degree;
- Very good knowledge of MS OFFICE SUITE (EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT);
- SAP FI/CO and CO module is walmly appreciated;
- Hyperion HFM and FDQM consolidation tool is a plus
- Strong knowledge of IFRS GAAP;
- Fluent english knowledge;
- Good understanding/experience of financial transaction process, accounting control, general ledger related entries under IFRS;
- Good analytical skills and strong results and business orientation;
- Good communication and team working skills and flexibility;
- At least 3 years of experience gained in consolidation specialist role in Finance accounting and/or controlling department of companies;
- A previous experience in a listed and/or an audit company is warmly appreciated
