Silla Industries is a company based in Padua (Italy), with customers spread throughout the country, focused on making the EV charging process more efficient. We’re now looking for an e-mobility enthusiast Communication Manager to join our Communication Department. This is a full-time position and it reports directly to the company CEO. As a Communications Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of both internal and external communication strategies. Your duties include managing external communication channels like social media platforms, company websites and media relations, writing copy for company newsletters or memos and adhering to a company’s brand by publishing content and marketing materials. In a team of four your responsibilities will also include: Collaborate with other teams to identify the public voice of the brand Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising and other vital departments Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations Draft press releases and speeches following organizational news and coordinate external PR agency activities Communicate with media outlets and journalists and create press kits Collaborate with Web and Graphic Designer for updates and project needs. Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies Required skills and qualifications Outstanding writing skills, and experience developing and editing high-quality written materials, including educational materials, fact sheets, infographics, posters, and report in plan language. Develop materials such as communications plans, leadership briefings, fact sheets, website content, and email blasts that are high quality and free of errors. In-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing and sales copy and social media Strong consulting and interpersonal skills; able to work in a team environment. Ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments. Great project management skills, including time management, goal-setting, multitasking and prioritization Advanced organization abilities. Professional understanding of crisis management, 3 years experience in a communications role developing program-level plans and project-specific artifacts. Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications. Deep knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, …) Really good written and spoken English. Preferred skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or public relations preferred, or 5 years in related field. Proficient use of ClickUp management tools Skilled on Figma application Familiar with Odoo applications suite Knowledge of more languages J-18808-Ljbffr
