JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BACKGROUND: MISSION OF THE RETAIL IN-STORE COMMUNICATION TEAM Main mission of the department is to help creating a store experience that reflects at its best the communication strategy of the brand. The RISC department oversees and coordinates the retail in store creative adaptation process for all marketing campaigns. This applies to all retail banners centrally managed, such as Salmoiraghi&Viganó, Sunglass Hut, Ray-Ban Stores, Oakley Stores, Lens Crafters and others. As expert of the in-store channel the department provides creative agencies with the key insights to develop an elevated in store experience. The function supports: Marketing and Creative Agencies in scheduling the requested activities, checking the status, intercepting alerts, driving workload depending on priorities and urgencies, selecting the most effective creative solution, respecting the planned go-live dates. VM local teams with guidance, guidelines, and drawings to execute the campaigns. Moreover: oversee production and installation of all seasonal campaigns for premium doors. provide the Tools development team with the necessary info to design in compliance with VM strategy and in-store communication guidelines coming from House Branda and License Brands. keep under control consistency, complexity, and variation of the graphics assets within the store. analyze data, collect feedback from the markets to improve the efficacy of the communication in store. He/She will be responsible for leading the full deployment of most elevated and premium visibility executions in key locations within Italy and Europe. Primary responsibilities include developing new creative in store communication campaigns and materials, liaising with internal brand team and license VM teams, aiming fireworks executions to mark new qualitative standards within the industry. Managing external and internal creative teams to secure a qualitative execution of global campaigns by meeting local needs and liaising with local Visual Merchandising team. Builds solid relationship with license VM teams and Luxottica’s Brand Marketing team, ensuring a proficient delivery of brand identity and strategy at store level, making windows a key touch point for most powerful business locations in Italy and Europe. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES Delivering the annual bespoke premium executions plan across multiple key retail locations in cooperation with global and local teams, such as: license, visual merchandising, brand, space and business management team. Setting up the whole process from project kick off and creative development, throughout prototyping approval, to the final execution and in store delivery and setup. Mastering the project timeline and securing on time delivery of each scheduled tools/tasks. Developing bespoke seasonal solutions/projects by approving prototypes and overseeing the whole process and local execution until last mile. Accountable to the assigned in-store communication budget, making sure marketing spends are on budget, ensuring accurate reporting.
