Click here to find more about us. Job Description It’s an exciting time at Publicis Groupe. We are focusing on the development of a strong capability on Retail Media: creating new value exchanges for Brands and accelerating ad monetization growth on Retailers platforms. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce & Martech, the Retail Media Lead will be responsible for driving a roadmap of large, cross-functional, and complex retail media expansion projects. You will help lead the product planning process across a cross-functional group of network stakeholders including media planning, comms, marketing and trade. This role is for an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited to help building this practice from the ground up. In addition, you will: Support the creation of strong Retail Media go-to-market plans and solutions in a compelling, positive, and brand-new way. Liaise and create a strong relationship with main Italian retailers (grocery, electronics, fashion, beauty, pharma…) Help define, sell and socialize the holistic retail media network product strategy and approach across onsite and offsite channels. Create and present business cases including pipeline, detailed functionality, GTM plans, monetization impact Build strong relationships and support collaboration across cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Buying, Trade, Brand Marketing) to drive alignment on roadmap needs, feature definition, and business requirements. Establish an operational framework to manage communication and workflow across stakeholders (internal and external) and enable timely decision-making. Partner with Product players to manage the product development process, identify and resolve issues/blockers. Support creation of vision, strategy, and requirements documents for new capabilities. Utilize available studies (market research, internal) and competitive analysis to identify customer needs. Use data analysis to address problems and find solutions that often involve multiple stakeholder teams and span across departments.
