Cheil Italy , the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a Retail Project Manager to work on an important Samsung Retail project. Reporting to the Shop Experience Manager, he/she will be responsible for the performance and the consumer journey of the store. The role needs a collaborative approach to project scoping and management through close working relationships with multiple internal and external partners, as well as with all parts of the business: Marketing, Sales, Retail, Customer Service, Content & Services and Product Managers. Main role and responsibilities: Implement the marketing vision & strategy of the store Identify and develop great talent and build capabilities within the store’s team that delivers upon the set experience strategic objectives and weekly experience & sell-out targets. Support the delivery of property projects across the estate no matter how big or small, providing an end to end service. Managing the critical path, schedule of works and documentation works for all projects, agreeing the program of works with internal and external stakeholders Support the team lead throughout the full property process for new locations, from identifying new sites and the legal process, through to successful opening to the agreed schedule and budget. Support the annual cycle of space changes by working with HQ & the Operations teams to deliver new space initiatives. Plan and manage the maintenance programs covering scheduled and reactive works. Oversee quotation / tender process to achieve project budget sign-off, and monitor ongoing budgets Manage documentation around key property projects including lease renewal and rent reviews. Responsible for regular and accurate reporting. Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks including updating and monitoring the property files, budget trackers, purchase order/invoice approvals, contracts management and supplier management. Providing support for any product range rollouts, launches and operational activity in store where required Develop and managing a consumer engagement plan Execute the store customer experience in line with the customer journey & brand experience Ensure all product launches are executed to a high standard and manage all marketing requirements Co-ordination of product launch activities and propositions within account Maintain the brand integrity in the store.
