Her/his mission will be to actively contribute and ensure successful completion of IT Projects in compliance with the procedures required by the Company. MAIN ACTIVITIES Be the point of contact of internal stakeholder Support the evolution of processes, applications and systems for the manufacturing area Contribute in all the project phases (Workshops, Analysis, Development, UAT, Go-Live) Support end users through a constant interaction, sharing knowledge on procedures and following support requests. Manage ticketing and project management tools Work closely with the YSL Tech Team ensuring that the defined Roadmap’s expectations are met Contribute to continuous improvement, standardizing and enhancing system reliability, performance and security interacting with Infrastructure and Tech Team. REQUIREMENTS Diploma of IT expert or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and related or similar Preferable 2years’ experience in the role. knowledge of IT Applications, ERP, WMS & Production Planning Solutions Knowledge of Stealth Platform and Logimoda is considered a plus Open to new technologies learning and innovation Basic knowledge of cloud integration technologies would also be desirable Problem solving and teamwork are needed Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English WHY WORK WITH US Saint Laurent is committed to building a diverse workforce.
