Main purpose of the role: The Sales Analytics Manager conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses in order to monitor sales, evaluating stores’ KPIs and identifying current and future trend, and manage the labour cost. The Sales Analytics Manager conducts merchandising and financial analysis. The Sales Analytics Manager works on budget and estimation, working closely with the Sales Department. He/she has also a “consulting” role in order to support the management with his/her findings, offering recommendations for business development initiatives. The Sales Analytics Manager has focus on both the Retail sales channel (O&O and Franchisee stores) and the Wholesale division (distribution channel through jewelry stores). Key accountabilities: Quantitative and qualitative analyses (sell-in, sell-out, Retail KPIs, hour productivity, back orders, credit notes, returns) at Cluster level Data analyses per each store, geographical area, cluster, etc. Work on budget (revenues and labour cost), weekly estimations, sales planning. Cooperate with General Manager, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce and Sales teams. Monitor and track promotional activities and discounts. Define monthly store and RSM targets, working closely with the Sales Management team. Define contest target and makes regular follow up. Perform weekly – monthly and quarterly dashboard to stores, RSMs and the Sales Management team. Perform ad hoc analyses. Suggest actionable information and insights to team members and management Maximize system functionality, implement new or additional features. Professional qualifications & technical skills: At least 8-10 years’ experience in a medium-level finance/controlling position within the Retail field. Fluent in English – verbally and written Knowledge of an additional language (e.g. French, Spanish, Portuguese) is desirable. Advanced mastery of Excel and Access. Mastery of QlikView and Microsoft Cube-Olap. Knowledge of a POS system. Knowledge of Hyperion is desirable. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Strong analytical skills. Experience in managing people. Great interpersonal skills, ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable way and listen attentively to others. Ability to adapt and respond to dynamic and ever changing work situations and environments. Good organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required. Solid business acumen skills and problem-solving attitude. Team-spirit.
