Move with us for a better world About the Role We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and process driven Sales Area Manager Distributors Support to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). He/ She will be focused, with an international scope, to support the international KA Manager to achieve sales, profitability (Ebit) and Cash Flow targets of the Club Segment . Technogym salespeople are hungry, highly professional, industry credible, collaborative, able to develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions. If you would like to work for a business leading the way in Wellness, with an immersive ethos and vision, incredibly passionate people, and products and solutions you can truly buy in to, then please no look further and tell us how you will make a great addition to our team Responsibilities Develop a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and supporting to maximize annual revenues, EBIT and FCF targets (cash-in) from assigned accounts for equipment, digital and service in line with their annual budget and company seasonality. Detailed knowledge of 100% customers. in the designated accounts, Availability to travel at least 50% of time, and visit selected company sites in the designated accounts Deliver an exceptional customer experience by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance sales and customer retention, while managing collaborative relationships within the Technogym Team – specifically Product Marketing, Digital, Sales Support, Logistics, After Sales Localize and support to sell the Total Wellness solution through partnership and customization of solution packages to specific market needs Contribute to define the market strategy for the Club Segment in terms of campaigns, initiatives and events linked to the assigned Key Accounts Guarantee the best use of CRM to have clean and update market data, in order to implement and daily execute sales processes and procedures. while Support in providing timely, reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management to Club Sales Management Team Guarantee continuous and proactive feedback from the market Requirements Master’s Degree CRM management knowledge and Lead management expertise (knowledge of Salesforce.com will be considered a plus) Ambition to enter in the sales field (previous experience in premium or luxury brand companies will be considered a plus) English fluency (minimum level C1 CEFR) General knowledge and use of digital devices and tools Available to travel (international) Confident and charismatic approach to people Excellent at teamwork Passion for Sports, Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, and Ethics complete the desired profile Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer Technogym is an equal opportunities employer.
