Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office THE ROLE We are currently looking for a Sales Managerwho will be involved in all the wholesale activities supporting the planning and delivering of the strategy for sales and contributing to the business growth WHAT YOU’LL DO Be the point of contact for wholesale accounts, building strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key luxury wholesale customers Analyze the different markets and customers to identify peculiarities and develop ad hoc plans Pursue sales opportunities from customer understanding, creation of business opportunity to signed contract while ensuring required profitability Build and maintain long-term customer relationship Monitor seasonal performance, and commercial actions, and support the decision-making to increase sales and performance in each area Manage orders and requests from wholesale clients collaborating with the customer’s service You will regularly analyze and communicate commercial sales data and support in creating action plans based on results WHO YOU ARE 5 years of experience in sales management or in a similar role in a luxury brand Fluent in English and Italian (other languages are considered as a plus) Excellent Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills Good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams Highly organized and proactive, team player with the ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced ever-changing environment REWARDS AND BENEFITS Great compensation package (in consideration of your professional experience) Lunch tickets Discounts on all NGG brands and partners including FARFETCH and Browns Be part of a young, dynamic and creative company with over 40 different nationalities Brand new headquarters located in the center of Milan EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT Alanui is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process.
