For one of the largest players in the Food ingredient’s industry, with global presence and HQ in Italy, we are looking for the: Funzione SALES MANAGER ITALY – Ref. SMI/SB Sede di lavoro Veneto Occidentale Descrizione Who, reporting to the Sales Director, will be responsible for: Estimating and developing the Sales plan as per Corporate strategy; Achieving consistently budgeted sales targets and increasing profitability in alignment with Corporate objectives; Identifying product market opportunities that match Customer needs; Conducting periodic Market Research for customer analysis and developing new products, which could be market specific or market customized; Working with R&D and Quality Control regarding product or quality related issues; Analyzing competitors’ activities and current versus potential positions in the marketplace. Experience, qualifications and knowledge: Successful proven experience in a similar role (5-8 years), preferably in the Food industry; Bachelor/Master Degree; Good working knowledge of Excel and CRM knowledge; Proficiency in English; Extensive traveling involved throughout Italy. Skills and attitude: Strong influencing and building relationship’s capabilities; Results driven and passionate; Strong communication, deep listening and negotiation’s abilities; Strong analytical- skills with systemic vision; Business acumen and business development attitude.
