We have an amazing opportunity for a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager within our company Tractel Italiana S.p.A. located in Cologno Monzese (Milano) . Your main responsibility in this role will be to manage and coordinate sales and marketing activities for the company. Leader sales and marketing employees. Monitor demand for company products or services, business and industry competition, and prices. Identifie potential new customers; develop strategies for increasing sales or market share. Key tasks : Business development, strategic management of activities to acquire new potential customer, with the primary objective of maximizing any opportunity and creating strategic relationships. Management of marketing activities, market research and competitor analysis Professional consultancy to customers Team management Definition of sales targets, analysis, and monitoring of the performance of the sales network Competencies & Qualifications : Successfully completed technical engineering studies (mechanical engineering, plant engineering, electrical engineering or similar) Alternatively, technical vocational training Proficiency in Italian Good knowledge of English and MS Office Sales experience in the sector (technical-industrial distribution or resale) is an asset Profile & Attributes : High degree of reliability and independence Ability to manage business negotiations Flexibility and resilience Willingness to travel throughout the country, staying overnight away from home even for several consecutive days Willingness to travel, generally for training purposes, abroad. Ability to promote cooperation between teams, even of different nationalities Ability to manage own team and to develop collaborative relationships with other company departments J-18808-Ljbffr
