We are hiringa Sales Specialist for the EMEA Region to support the growth of Fabrick in the Italian market. We are looking for a person who is willing to scale the business, through a proactive sales approach. You will be focused on selling our key products and services to new clients and you will manage relationships with Fabrick’s existing clients in order to perform cross and up-selling activities. Being part of the Fabrick sales team means having an open mind to gain a deep understanding of technical concepts and enjoy working closely with the product and engineering teams.

What you will do :

  • Own the entire sales cycle with our largest merchants from the prospecting stage to closing deals. You will count on both direct and indirect Fabrick sales channels as well as you will act as an individual contributor performing outbound sales;
  • Partner with technology leaders and solution providers while working closely with our Product Owners and Technical Account Managers
  • Creatively drive Open Finance innovation for merchants in retail, digital, platforms, and financial services;
  • Assist new customers as they join Fabrick Platform and begin using our services;
  • Attending events to meet Fabrick’s clients and prospects.

The Ideal Candidate :

  • You have high levels of energy, love networking, connecting and thrive in hands-on environments. You also have proven experience in an enterprise sales role (4+ years) selling complex solutions;
  • You are a team player with strong business acumen and enthusiastic about working in an innovative area of finance. Knowledge of the Banking & Payment industry/B2B SaaS is mandatory;
  • Excellent communication and sales skills are a must. You are an analytical and strategic negotiator with a business and goal oriented attitude;
  • Working in the financial space against large banking institutions is a challenge, so you should be prepared to educate and pitch transparently with a consultative approach;
  • Ability to “think-outside-the-box” and suggest changes to processes to improve efficiency.
