If you are looking for a new challenge in a very young, talented and agile team, you won’t miss this opportunity Within our Digital Transformation & Customer Experience Team, we are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert to join our EMEA Marketing Automation Team. You will be responsible for optimizing the platform and providing technical expertise to scale digital solutions, email marketing campaigns, and data integration. You must work closely with the IT, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that the platform is leveraged to its optimal capabilities. You will oversee designing and monitoring the complete set of activities related to Safilo Touchpoints, focusing on first party data, personalization and e-commerce growth. Furthermore, you will be working to assess, create and design the B2B strategy, exploiting the integration between Salesforce Service and Salesforce Marketing Cloud within an overall omnichannel vision. Key accountabilities: • Be very experienced with all Salesforce Marketing tools • Work with the marketing team to build and deliver optimal Digital Marketing initiatives, leveraging data, technology and marketing strategy • Debug campaign automation solutions as well as maintaining and troubleshooting in-flight solutions • Lead the solution design process with Marketing Cloud including building journeys, writing queries, building data extensions, writing AMPScripts • Assist both dev team and campaign specialists in the design of marketing automation programs including triggered sends, automation activities, platform configuration, multi-channel integrations, audience segmentation, and other components needed for marketing campaigns • Support the Marketing Automation Manager in the CRM strategies definition, create and implement customer journeys via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, in line with a multichannel approach • Design the digital experience orchestrating the user journey among direct marketing, website, SalesReps and Customer Service (based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices) • Create and monitor customer journeys and define the channel mix based on incremental cost approach • Share digital marketing best practices – based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities – with internal marketing teams, both in HQ and local markets (be the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ambassador) • Identify areas of integration with other business stream such as B2B, Customer Care, Customer Service to optimize the Safilo digital journey • Manage the digital business needs on the local market and collect the requirements for activating IT department stream Skills and knowledge: • A degree in Business or Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (any other language will be a plus), build effective relationships and articulate complex requirements • 3 years of experience working with Marketing Cloud platforms • Ability to work well in a complex and changing environment • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification • Advanced Knowledge/certification of SF Personalization • Solution design • SQL • Data segmentation, optimization, and management • Scripting and query • Web analytics • Agile Project Management • Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS • Knowledge in Javascript and Ampscript is a bonus • Multi-channel subscriber management • Digital marketing knowledge
