We are currently seeking a Salesforce Vlocity Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Responsibilities: – Participate in business requirements and functional design sessions with platform architects to understand technical integration requirements. – Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to support ongoing Backlog grooming. – Provide recommendations and options for technical design of APIs, middleware, connectivity, security, and error handling. – Write the Technical Interface Design document. – Breakdown integration epics and stories into development tasks and estimate the effort. – Assist and guide the development team on integration related tasks and code optimization. – Conduct technical design and application code reviews for code developed by integration team – Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Understanding of Platform events and Org limits – Participate in integration and end-to-end testing activities. – Collaborate with the project management team to communicate technical issues and drive timely resolutions – Manage scope by ensuring requirements, design, and approach are within the scope of the SOW and communicate any variations to project leaders for input to the change control process. – Experience in Insurance Domain is an advantage Qualifications: – Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience – 8 years of overall consulting experience – 5-7 years of Salesforce specific project experience in a technical leadership role – Salesforce Certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential or a Domain Architect Certification is preferable – 5 years’ experience with Salesforce development platform and best practices – 5 years’ experience with multiple Salesforce Integration Patterns: SOAP/REST web services, APIs, batch processes, connectors, middleware etc. – 5 years’ experience with Salesforce Data Model and how to extend it – 5 years’ experience with of the Salesforce Data Security/Sharing Model – 5 years’ experience with the different Salesforce APIs and their specific usages – 5 years’ experience with enterprise & Salesforce specific integration design patterns – 3 years’ experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) – Excellent presentation skills – Excellent written and oral communication skills LI-INCDTS About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
