Learn more at careers.alight.com The Role: SAP HR Project Management Lead Specialist Role summary The Project Manager is responsible for delivery ofImplementation Services mainly based on SAP HR solution as SAP HR On-Premise and SAP SuccessFactors. In the main the project scope will be to implement products to clients and the scope will vary and may include other cloud technologies such as SAP Concur, BTP, Kronos and/or PeopleDoc and Integration components depending on the customers’ business requirements. Main responsibilities · Manages end to end project life cycle for Alight projects ensuring delivery in accordance with budget, timeline and of the required quality standards to meet or exceed client expectations. · Manages project deliverables, scope and expectations actively communicates and engages with sponsors, Steering Committees & Project Boards, upper management and executives · Interfaces independently with all functional and business areas/ groups affected by the project, including senior and/or executive management · Works closely and proactively with Resource Managers to ensure adequate allocation of resources to projects · Develops and tracks to detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans · Makes project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as needed · Communicates and reports status to executives and all other stakeholders e.g., Status Reports in appropriate tools, Executive Briefings · Employs project management best practice methodologies working within a framework that includesprocess definition, templates, tools and incorporating SAP’s and Alight’s standards · Managing the project budget working closely with finance team to manage and report on financials – including estimates created during the bidding process, on-going allocation of resources and the regular reporting of the state of the project financials · Ensuring C-sat meets the agreed target, taking ownership with the Account Director, to drive improved customer satisfaction at both a project and executive level · Monitors that project deliverables are within Alight’s standard delivery model and contracted scope and that deviations are identified and properly managed. · Driving CR’s through changes to agreed contract, mitigating any commercial risk · Working with third party providers to deliver contractual commitments Key experience · Must have managed projects of SAP HR On-Premise and/or SuccessFactors implementations · Extensive experience in project management · Willingness to travel · Managing budgets · Vendor management experience · Fluent in English (written, oral) · Experience within the HR-domain Skills · HR/Payroll Qualification · HR IT Transformation project · Project Management · System Integration · HR Application maintenance services · SAP SuccessFactors certification (optional) What we offer · Are you ready to build your career in a vibrant, AGILE and growing organization, yet one with truly global client relationships and a World of Opportunities? · At Alight HR, we’re dedicated to our clients, and we operate as ONE , global TEAM striving for EXCELLENCE and INNOVATION in everything we do.
