The position is open to experienced Supply Chain or Finance professionals, who have hands on experience of sourcing processes in a global environment with deep knowledge and keen interest in Data Analytics and Performance Management. If you also have high level of strategic thinking, problem solving skills and excellent ability to communicate and influence, you could be a good candidate. Main responsibilities and expectations Management of performance tracking and reporting process for Supply Chain and Transport and Logistics functions, to ensure that the functions remain highly performance oriented with measurable impact on business results: Manage robust performance management process across finance and functional KPIs and metrics of these functions, including monthly reporting and variance analysis. Actively contribute to the development of KPIs/metrics for performance measurement, covering definitions, governance framework, data management, reporting and analytics. Ownership of Sourcing Savings definitions, Instructions, Trainings and Governance. Maintain and deploy Supply Chain directives, instructions, guidelines, and trainings relevant to performance management. Manage planning (target setting) and reporting of Sourcing Savings and other KPIs in scope. Business Application Owner of global procurement database – the global Spend Analytics and Reporting application. Ensure new requirements are getting translated and developed in the application as per emerging business needs. Ensure a harmonized reporting environment and maintain data integrity. Focus on simplification, digitalization and automation for better quality, insights, speed and accuracy. Ownership of Material Description Framework for Supply Chain and process ownership of the change process. Manage the Supply Chain Finance program in close collaboration with the Treasury Function. Connect with external environment to keep track of latest developments, benchmark and bring best practices to the functional Performance Management. Be aware and knowledgeable of the financial impact of the function’s performance on Company’s results. Be the subject matter expert and provide advice on sourcing savings and performance management. Communicate with and train category managers and Supply Chain analysts on savings definitions, reporting process and overall performance management approach. Maintain an active network within the functional community. Drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Establish expectations and priorities, drive performance, create a positive, dynamic, and collaborative work environment – an area of active horizontal leadership display. Leadership, guidance, mentoring and regular competence development of a direct team of data analysts. Requirements Graduate degree in Procurement or Management or Finance. 15 years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement. Expert knowledge of sourcing performance parameters and in the use of the global spend management and reporting applications. Strong interest in data management and data analytics. A self-motivated team player with eagerness to learn and able to lead and initiate. Strong leadership – not just understand and accept the business need, but also bring new ideas and solutions. Influence managers, peers, and key stakeholders to ensure correct thinking and decision making. Independent, cooperative, and communicative style of work. Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
