The Seasonal Tiffany Ambassadors perform in store during the Christimas season to deliver the Tiffany Experience to each and every client and to support the in-store team. Tiffany Ambassadors are dedicated to have a significant influence on the client’s journey and experience within the store. Main activities: Welcome and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, helping to create luxury experiences Accurately manage floor waiting list, offering in-store hospitality service to all clients Utilize storytelling and conversation to discern client needs, partnering them with the appropriate Client Advisor Engage with clients and share Tiffany and Co. history, product introductions and service offerings Assist sales team with boxing and wrapping items Support all hospitality and selling events, ensuring that all areas are stocked and clean Requirements: Previous experience in luxury hospitality industry or retail Client focused mentality Exceptional verbal communication skills Organized and detail oriented Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
