Job Title Senior Analyst, Marketing FinanceOverview: The Finance Marketing team is looking for an individual able to perform and manage all accounting and financial administrative related activities linked to the Italian and French Marketing, Innovation & Customer funds. Role & Responsibilities: • Responsible for accounting management of all expenses, including contract process management with internal and external suppliers, invoicing and reporting of all related expenses, both for internal department control as well as for reporting into Finance • Following up on the planning & ensuring the correct usage, allocation, accuracy and reporting of funds within the different stakeholders, markets & sources and anticipating risks & opportunities • Direct coordination with agencies, internal customers and other service providers independently when applicable • Monitoring of administrative process behind marketing & business expenses (PO creation, appropriate classification) • Daily alignment with different disciplines within the division & markets (general manager, marketing director, media director, business leaders, corporate controlling) • Cost benchmarking among suppliers and advising solutions • Data privacy and legal: compliance check from a policy and procedure point of view The ideal candidate should have: • Experience in budget management and control • Good communication and commercial skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationship with partners both internally and externally, at different levels • Strong analytical skills, structured approach and results oriented • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders at different levels (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance) and to be accurate in planning, organize and deal with the timing and the tasks of different projects the same time • Fluent in English, French is a plus • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or similar Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
