Senior Automation Manager

We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join us Tasks And Responsibilities Lead a small team of engineers in developing automation proof of concepts, pilots, and production implementations Lead engineers in the development of capability/technology roadmaps that enhance delivery of automation with current and future infrastructure Create and implement automation strategies and solutions Train and develop our maintenance technicians Develop protocols and and procedures to improve equipment breakdown Work with QA to ensure we are meeting company and regulatory standards Collaborate with technical leaders and team leads to ensure Automation efforts meet requirements in the areas of security, capacity, and availability Ensure all automation designs and implementations developed by engineers follow approved change management processes and security configuration guidelines Requirements Over 8 years of experience Strong knowledge and background in Production equipment automation In depth-technical knowledge, ability to guide and mentor the team in all automation activities and also provide improvement ideas in the areas of automation Previous experience managing and leading Production equipment automation projects in the pharmaceutical industry (several projects preferred) including corresponding Project management activities Risk Management and mitigation Strong communication skills- motivate the project team, manage supplier & report to customer management Budget Management Good Documentation Practices in regulated pharmaceutical environment Good communication skills and proactive approach to manage activities and workload (independently) – to ensure engagement of the customers resources on-site Excellent English and Italian (spoken and written) Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months Benefits Broad range of activities, tasks, and projects Flexible working conditions 20 days of PTO Fishing for Friends program – our referral program Refreshments in the D-ploy office Further development and professional advancement Friendly and international working environment Company-sponsored events Competitive salary and various benefits Is IT in your DNA?
