JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Communication Manager to join our team at Ray-Ban. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance our brand’s profile and achieve our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with our brand values. Additionally, you will oversee all internal and external communication channels including digital, social media, PR, advertising and events, with a focus on promoting the Ray-Ban brand across various platforms. You have proven experience when it comes to working on a brand at a Global or Geo level, partnering closely with creative, media and social teams to delivery premium storytelling. You’re able to participate in and drive strategic conversations, whilst leading a team through the different project stages of concepting, development and execution. You are a strategic thinker with a curious mind, who adapts quickly to move at the pace of the consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment. You are a self-starter, managing and prioritizing your time as needed. Without fail you’re able to present big ideas articulately to marketing leadership and execute campaigns against a clear brief. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with our brand’s goals, messaging, and values. Manage and oversee all internal and external communication channels including digital, social media, PR, advertising and events. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders such as external creative partners, media agencies, influencers and industry leaders. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that align with the overall brand strategy. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to adjust communication strategies accordingly. Create and manage budgets for communication campaigns and initiatives. Lead crisis communications efforts and develop proactive plans to mitigate potential issues. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, retail, and entertainment to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Ensure all communication materials are consistent with the brand’s DNA and messaging guidelines. TECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE: Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant marketing experience, ideally in brand marketing or communications for a global brand. Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies and campaigns. Team leader who prides themselves on close collaboration and excels in supporting and mentoring others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. On the pulse of current social, digital and retail marketing trends, channels and platforms. In-depth understanding of the evolving media and content landscape across fashion, music and culture.
