Job Title: Senior Buyer (2 positions) Company: Tempus SPA – Agenzia per il lavoro Sector: DIY/Bricolage Location: Rome, Italy (RM) Job Description: The Senior Buyer will work within the Purchasing Division and will be responsible for managing the sector of reference. They will define the purchasing strategies in coherence with the company’s mission and purchasing policy. Specific responsibilities include: Analyze market trends, monitor consumption, competition, product availability, and price trends Define the commercial policies of their merchandise sector Compose the assortment of products related to their merchandise category Define purchasing programs, sourcing and selecting suppliers, managing purchasing negotiations, and being responsible for supply contracts Define and control the procurement of purchased materials at sales points in collaboration with logistics and provide the necessary assistance to branches Analyze KPIs Requirements: 2-3 years of experience as a Buyer, preferably in companies in the Organized Large-Scale Retail sector Strong focus on results, negotiation skills, initiative and problem-solving capability Good knowledge of MS Office applications Full-time presence in Rome (RM) Diploma of Secondary School education Car or other personal means of transportation Salary range: 28k-35k (commensurate with experience) – CISAL Commerce Collective Bargaining Agreement (13 monthly installments) Benefits: Lunch vouchers How to apply: Interested candidates may respond directly to the announcement, giving specific consent to the use of personal data pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679.
