The candidate would be required to provide support to the Italian team of Allianz Consulting and the development of AZC both in projects and other cross-hub activities, with focus on Operations, creating the highest level of efficiency possible within the Allianz organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments • You contribute to the design and the implementation of innovative strategies of our clients • Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager • Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them • Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager and discuss with the E.M. ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects • Provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management and help and coach more junior project team members • Contribute to the day to day operations of the assigned tasks until completion • General contribution to Allianz Consulting growth and community • Ensure adequate development of colleagues via mentoring and training • Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects KEY REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or other related fields • 4-7 years of proven experience in insurance, preferably Life business, and/or consulting • Experience in Project- and Program Management methods and techniques • Experience and participation in activities related to ESG topics would be appreciated • Communication, facilitation, sales and problem solving skills • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office • Experience in Process Mining would be a plus • Strong team player with high assertiveness and hands-on mentality • Very good presentation and communication skills to move confidently at different stakeholder levels • Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English • International work or study experience would be a plus 23446 | Inhouse Consulting | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Technology | Full-Time | Permanent Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
