Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Senior E-Commerce Merchandising Planner based in our Milan HQ. Main Activities And Responsibilities Define the most efficient and well balanced Open-to-buy strategy for DG.com and Farfetch, in order to meet seasonal sales target and ST% objective; Be the referent point on all E-Commerce merchandising analysis, supporting both buying and visual merchandising teams in defining a choral merchandising strategy; Monitor continuative and core monthly sales in order to avoid any missed opportunities and suggest any exceeding quantities to release; Actively collaborate with business team giving a 360 degree view on merchandising performance Partner with the E-Commerce merchandising team and Merchandising Planning team to create and maintain seasonal assortment plans and category sales plans; Support the development and roll-out of the evolution of the merchandising planning systems from a business standpoint Move the world of merchandising planning into a data driven merchandising approach, analysing not only sales and stock KPI, but also exploiting traffic and conversion metrics Key Requirements & Competencies Bachelor’s degree 3 years experiences in E-Commerce merchandising planning or demand planning or business analysis of primary Retail or Fashion company Proficient in Microsoft Excel, mandatory Power Pivot Strong analytical skills Strong team player Good interpersonal and communication skills to build useful working relationships Fluency in English Location: Italy, Milan J-18808-Ljbffr
