We are looking for a Senior Hardware Designer within the Global Product Engineering unit of Enel X Way, the new-branded division for electrical mobility of Enel Group.

What you will do:

• HW Requirements Management for new products development (DC&AC electric vehicle charger) from the requirements definition to the delivery of the Certified Product to ensure the correct implementation of design processes with focusing on Hardware Engineering aspects.
• Support for Hardware Solution during the products development for power converter and signal stages focusing on conditioning and managing signals on electronic boards, also with PCB design techniques for EMI and EMC reduction
• Support to Manufacturing and Procurement Units for setting technical documents and specifications needed to enable the start of development and production transition from development to production and all product lifetime to assure the correct implementation of the internal rules
• Management of Manufacturing Data Package (MDP) provided by the Developer through the internal Product Lyfecycle Management Tool (PLM) and the Engineering/Manufacturing Change Order (ECO/MCO) Management.

Who you are:

Master degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with the following skills:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Product Development: will be considered a plus experience in DC&AC electric vehicle charger design
• Design experience in power electronics (SiC technology, bidirectional ACDC, isolated DCDC ) through oriented design standard with PLM tool: will be considered a plus knowledge in power converter digital control
• Experience in design of electronic boards to condition and manage signals both analog and digital ones also for EMI and EMC reduction
• Will be considered a plus experience in System and Test integration (product verification and validation, certification, homologation, focusing on EMC requirements)
• Basic knowledge in TLC system (cellular, wifi, Bluetooth, RFID, NFC, zigbee) and digital electronics (microcontroller and microprocessor)
• Knowledge of CAD (CREO, KATIA,…)
• Knowledge of Schematic Entry, Board Design and Electronic Simulation Tools (Orcad Capture, DX Designer, PSPICE, LTSPICE,…)
