Your Role The HR Business Partner plays a central role in aligning organizational strategy with business objectives at the country level. This position is responsible for deploying HR strategies, programs, and projects effectively into our Business/Functional Units, managing labor relations and ensuring compliance. The HR Business Partner will be a key partner and advisor for the Business Unit leaders supported and will oversee Performance Management, Talent Management, and Compensation to ensure they are consistently aligned and focused on achieving our company’s goals. Moreover, they will actively contribute to our success through coaching and education for people managers and employees. Your Responsibilities Organizational excellence – Analyze how our business strategy intersects with HR, identifying opportunities and crafting solutions to meet our evolving needs. – Lead strategic workforce planning, including contractors, while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) in harmony with our business and hiring strategies. – Spearhead efforts to optimize our organizational design, driving productivity and enhancing overall business performance. Strategic partnership – Serve as a trusted advisor, wielding influence over decisions that shape our people, organization, culture, and, in turn, our business outcomes. – Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with management, ensuring the seamless execution of HR strategy, programs, and projects, while collaborating closely with HR centres of expertise. Culture enablement – Drive Talent Management and People Development processes, nurturing talent and cultivating a culture of growth and engagement. – Ensure the effective deployment of our compensation strategy, aligning it with our business objectives. – Foster change management and engagement at all levels of the organization, driving our cultural evolution forward. – Lead engagement initiatives and constantly influences the organization to further develop a diverse and inclusive environment. Labour relations – Manage employee relations matters and navigate relationships with Unions and Workers’ Councils, while proactively preventing and managing potential litigation. – Skillfully negotiate and define supplementary agreements in accordance with applicable Collective Labor Agreements (CLA). – Champion compliance and provide invaluable internal advisory services to safeguard our organization’s integrity. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor’s degree. A Master’s degree in HR or a related discipline may be preferred Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR best practices and principles Strong business acumen with a clear grasp of organizational goals, industry trends, and competitive landscapes strategic thinking and planning skills, enabling the development and execution of HR strategies that drive business success. In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
