Senior Hr Generalist The ideal candidate has the following responsibilities: Strategic and operational direction of the entire HR management process ; Exercise the authority necessary to collaborate directly with management and the ability to involve the entire staff in the achievement of defined objectives; Developing strategies to implement specific professional skills; Measuring and evaluating skills with subsequent implementation of ad hoc systems to increase people’s well-being and corporate productivity; Reporting to management and providing the decision support through HR Metrics; Managing the development and implementation of human resource policies; Management and supervision of regulatory and contractual aspects; Managing the talent acquisition and recruitment process; Administering compensation and benefit plans; Producing reports on general HR activity. Education: Degree in Human Sciences. . Experience: Minimum 5-years’ experience as a HR, preferably in formal context.
