The HR project Manager is responsible for the project management and delivery of the HR work streams resulting from the HR review that has been conducted recently. They will be responsible for creating, managing and executing various projects to standardize and strengthen HR practice across the organization, as well as setting new processes for the management of consultants involved in commercial contracting. The HR Project Manager will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Regional HR Directors to ensure the smooth delivery of key HR processes. Detailed responsibilities are: Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organisation including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies. Support HRBPs & Regional HR Directors with the implementation of HR Projects Analyse existing human resources processes, identify gaps in current systems, and lead resolution projects. Assist in large-scale projects to include analysis of new business requirements, assessment of different methods of approach, and implementation of solutions within the current business. Apply project management procedures and best practices to HR initiatives. Recommend business system and process changes to improve and refine the capabilities of human resources systems. Responsible for communicating HR system evaluation or implementation updates throughout the project lifecycle. Establish an effective safeguarding awareness programme throughout the organisation. Data Analysis and Reporting – where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the HRBPs and the Regional HR Directors. Requirements Technical Skills A minimum of 6 years of project management experience Strong background and experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation. Experience in integrating and doing communication and change management aspects of projects. Fluency in English Strong and proven project management skills (Agile, Scrum etc.) for digital projects. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Project Management tools. Enthusiastic, organised, flexible. Ability to manage stress and collaborate. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Excellent organizational skills Possess strong analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
