She/He supports the Global and Local Strategic Media Planning teams with holistic and actionable insights to optimize the media performances and identifies business growth opportunities. Main tasks: Lead media campaigns optimization, data analysis and insight development strategies to support the Global and Local Strategic Media Planning teams with actionable recommendations; Promote best-practices and drive high media effectiveness across paid media channels; Pilot the target audience segmentation strategy and provide recommendation on paid media content strategy; Support Global Strategic Media Planning team on monthly budget re-allocations and revenue forecasting and deliver seasonal budget reallocation recommendations within and between paid media channels; Manage existing measurement tools/dashboards and support on further developments; Collaborate with regions to ensure consistent and effective measurement frameworks; Support the Omnichannel & Digital Analytics team in data quality management; Create, manage, and continually update best practices, audience insights, and content performance documentation. Profile: Work qualifications 5/7 years of experience in Global Media department or agency overseeing international client with 10 markets Background in statistical analysis, econometrics, data modelling. Proven and advanced experience with Web Analytics tools as GA360, Adobe Analytics, Google Marketing Platform (SA360, CM360, DV360, etc.), social platforms, remarketing tools, Domo, Tableau, PowerBI etc. Technical skills and professional knowledge: Passionate about data and eager to read beyond the data Sharp and analytical thinker with solid experience in Excel/Data Studio/Tableau or similar data analytics tools (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) Deep, sophisticated knowledge of platform data, analytics, and audience insights Great visual storyteller with data and able to make the complex simple Educational background: Degree preferably in business, finance, statistics, marketing analytics, market research, or engineering Languages English – fluent (both written and spoken) Additional language a plus Interpersonal Self-starter attitude with a global mindset Ability to work both autonomously and proactively with an acute attention to detail and zero-defect, yet operate effectively in and with teams Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
