Description Kaleyra is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an integral part of our team, you will support the company in identifying World wide events worthy of attention from a business and sponsorship perspective, as well as executing the activities and operations necessary for Kaleyra’s participation in these events to be successful in terms of lead generation and prospects’ and customers’ relations. On top of that, you will develop and execute multifaceted marketing campaigns that enhance Kaleyra’s brand awareness, foster customer loyalty, and generate high-quality leads for our sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Event and Premium Management: Plan and organise events, workshops, and webinars to enhance engagement and outreach. Assist in the selection and purchase of premiums for tradeshows and events. Campaign Coordination and Management: Project manage and assist in the development of marketing campaign elements, including creative coordination with regional managers, ensuring specifications, delivery, and approvals are met. Take charge of trafficking marketing materials and fulfilling both internal and external requests for creative assets, copy, show descriptions, premiums, status reports, and more. Collaborate with external vendors when necessary to create new materials, proof content, and ensure timely distribution to key stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with various departments within the organisation to meet deliverables and deadlines effectively. Assist in managing agency relationships and facilitate communication. Contribute to budget management efforts. Act as a liaison for vendors to ensure product quality and timely delivery. Content Development and Analysis: Develop engaging, interactive, and effective content for print and digital marketing campaigns, as well as sales collateral. Analyse and report on the outcomes of marketing efforts, providing valuable insights for strategy refinement Essential Responsibilities: Event Planning: planning all aspects of an event, including selecting a suitable venue, setting a budget, creating a timeline, and coordinating logistics such as catering, entertainment, and decor aligning with global guidelines. Promotion and Marketing: promotion of the event to be sure to attract attendees or participants. This will involve creating promotional materials, utilising social media and advertising, and reaching out to potential sponsors or partners. Craft compelling marketing materials, presentation decks, case studies, and product data sheets to support sales and account management teams. Contribute to lead generation promotions, such as webinars, events, and PR initiatives. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external teams, vendors, and clients. Requirements Essential Requirements: Strong experience in managing B2B Events to promote brand awareness and lead generation: specifically, we require effective B2B event management skills, including logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and proficiency in reporting and monitoring ROI for successful business events. Proven experience in researching, sourcing, and creating diverse content types, including product sheets, blog posts, videos, webinars, whitepapers, surveys, and polls. Exceptional copywriting skills, especially for B2B web-based, mobile, and tech audiences (please provide sample work). High proficiency in Google and/or Microsoft Office programs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, independently manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong collaboration skills, enabling effective work with executive leaders, team leads, peers, and creative teams. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities, along with strong problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, including professional copywriting. Experience in mobile messaging or related industries. A keen understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition creative best practices. General knowledge of SEO and other online marketing strategies. Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, CRM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Act-On, Marketo) is a plus.
