If you want to know more about us, give a look here: Join us as a Senior Partnership Manager – Meal Voucher Product What you will be doing Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation. We are looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to join our new business lines team dedicated to our new product: meal vouchers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the meal voucher product through strategic partnerships with professional firms, companies, associations and institutions. The activities of this person will be to manage partnerships end-to-end: from strategy, to the identification of possible partners, to negotiation, to go-live of the partnership and the management: scouting and contacting prospect partners in order to assess the potential and business opportunity for Satispay Meal Voucher. This activity will be performed mainly through phone calls, email and video conferences, but also via face to face relationship and participations to events; account management of the partners: daily monitoring of partners’ KPI and performance, foster engagement and commitment over time, proactively advance the collaboration proposing the best communication channels, contents, assets or campaign/promotion set-up; internal coordination with other Satispay teams (Marketing, IT, Business Intelligence, Merchant Support) What we need We are looking for brilliant talents willing to share our enthusiasm and passion for Satispay’s project. If you’re looking for a job where you challenge yourself, learn and professionally grow, Satispay is the right place for you You have: 5 year of proven experience in b2b sales/b2b partnership Experience in the meal voucher industry is strong a plus Fluent knowledge of Italian and English – both written and spoken Time-budget management skills may also be helpful to face your daily routine You are: An excellent relationship builder An excellent communicator and relationship builder A very quick learner and adapts fast A strong problem solver and highly capable of formulating and communicating product strategy Proactive thinker, with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ Results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial and passionate about your work Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus. Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock option plan available.
