Position: Our reality is filled with exciting opportunities to create new initiatives and programs that focus on continuously enhancing the people experience at Musixmatch, and to make the most of them we are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our People Team. The Senior People Partner will liaise with Musixmatch leaders on people programs and support the structure on implementing the best solutions to achieve the business results, whilst being a culture ambassador and people advocate at all times. What you will do: You will be a strategic liaison between the business areas and People Team; You will have an active role in co-defining and implementing the People strategy across Musixmatch, interacting and advising the Senior Leadership team; You will provide guidance on all stages of our employee lifecycle, such as workforce planning, people development, performance management, people engagement; You will be the main point of reference for employee relations and propose best practices aligned with local labor law; You will collaborate with the overall People Team members and coordinate the roll out of initiatives and programs. Requirements: 7 years of proven experience as People Business Partner or HR generalist roles; Strong communication skills and ability to influence; Ability to engage, build and maintain trusting relationships across the company; Experience in a fast pace environment; Solid knowledge of Italian labor law; Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
