Move with us for a better world About the Role We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer who will operate within the Digital Product Area. You will collaborate with the team to create Training Format Experiences. These formats will be employed by Technogym customers to effectively involve and maintain clients within their business solutions, making the most of the Technogym ecosystem offerings. There is significant potential here to make a substantial difference, as you will be tasked with shaping experiences that seamlessly integrate training with cutting-edge equipment, powered by the latest technologies, across various platforms ranging from the web to large screen monitors. You will shape the user experience to address user challenges and achieve business objective and you will work alongside UX Researchers, Product Managers, Trainers and Engineers to iterate on new features within the product. You’ll communicate your design thinking and ideas through wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs. By engaging with our user base and the wider Technogym community you will understand their pain points and work toward long-term fixes that enable them to succeed with their goals. In conclusion you will also undertake usability testing to validate your thinking. (We’ve got an excellent team of UX Researchers who can offer guidance, as needed.) and you will contribute to our Design System, alongside the rest of the UX team Requirements Strong experience designing complex web and mobile applications Strong experience following a user-centered or human-centered design approach, in conjunction with design thinking Strong visual and video-motion skills Enjoy getting involved in research and usability testing, and know when to engage with UXR You already practice design iteration and have experience building strong connections with key customers Experience being involved in a product going from 0-1, balancing short term with long term design work You will also be expected to quickly broaden your technical understanding as new technologies become available Required personal and technical Skills 7 years of experience in digital product design Fluent in responsive design, mobile/tablet UI UX, HMI Keen attention to detail and time management skills Take a user-centered design approach and are comfortable gathering feedback from users and stakeholders Use rapid prototyping to communicate concepts and interactions to stakeholders Proficient in FIGMA Strong conceptual thinking.
