We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Translated Product Management Team at our HQ in Rome. You will have the opportunity to develop the market position of our AI-assisted creators’ productivity tools: Matecat (translation), Matesub (subtitling) and Matedub (dubbing). You’ll be a driving force in understanding their users, refining their market fit and leading their growth. What You’ll Do: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the Mate Family products ensuring alignment with the company’s broader business objectives. Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor the market to identify competitors, market trends, and potential threats or opportunities. Positioning: Establish and maintain products’ position in the market through effective messaging, branding, and promotional strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to coordinate launch activities and ensure seamless execution. Drive and oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of content strategies that align with product positioning, features, and benefits. This includes collaborating with internal teams and external content creators to produce, curate, and distribute compelling, value-driven content across various channels. Ensure that all content resonates with target audiences, strengthens brand identity, and drives product adoption and customer engagement Post-launch Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of the launch strategy through key performance indicators and adapt accordingly for future strategies. Stakeholder Management: Update and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders throughout the launch process. Qualifications Required Degree in Marketing or equivalent. 5 years of experience in the role of a product marketing manager. Experience in (re)positioning and launching products SaaS (Software-as-a-service). Previous experience and proficiency with product marketing and growth management tactics Experience in market analysis Strong customer focus – able to identify and differentiate between customers, focus on their needs, and engage them through communication activities Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
