In this role, you will oversee Electrification Logistics’ optimization and rationalization projects within the Installation Products Divisions in providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback to all the involved teams. You will lead the execution of medium-size and/or complex to large projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, relevant cyber security regulations and standards, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments. This position reports to Project Management Office Manager Your responsibilities Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach and overseeing project hand-over. Execution planning, monitoring and controlling activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goal. Managing the development of project planning documents. Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). Analyzing and addressing project risks and regularly disseminating lessons learned. Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements. Building strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders. Your background Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar. 10 years of experience in Improvement Project, working as Project Manager /Six Sigma specialist black belt with Front end or Logistic Processes in the Electrification Installation Products market. Previous success in running a turnaround and / or participating in a start-up project of an operation or of a new organization. Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors. Knowledge of Project Methodology, Project Governance Model. SAP knowledge would be beneficial. Fluent spoken and written in Italian and English. Other main languages would be of great help (Spanish, French, German, etc.). Availability to short trips in Italy and abroad.
